After watching the movie Transamerica, I came across this quite funny six-month old clip from the Report...

emusic.com
I want to download the forty songs I've paid for on this service, but don't know what to get. Any suggestions?

Haisai Ojisan
I'm not sure why this sounds so familiar: HaisaiOjisan.mp3. Its from the Shoukichi Kina disc.

Name Game
Heard on CBC... One of the inventors (re-packagers) of the game Balderdash has put the other favourite game to play at the cottage in cellophane, calling it Identity Crisis. Wasn't half the fun choosing the names ? Maybe they've come up with some really good ones.

found 3 billion to 15 billion barrels in several fields 175 miles offshore, 30,000 feet below the gulf’s surface ... The United States has reserves of 29 billion barrels, meaning that at the high end of the estimates, the discovery could increase reserves by 50 percent ... And given that the United States uses 20.5 million barrels of crude oil a day, the new areas at most hold supplies that would quench the nation’s oil thirst for two years.

Ugh.

I can hear the planes blasting through the sky from the airshow at the Ex. Truly a sign of the end of summer around here. And the residual rain and wind from Ernesto has made it a good time to stay in side and get some things done, before time slips away from us. Last weekend was our time to enjoy the pastoral yet decadent pleasures of cottage life, with old friends (Photos by Sharon, tweaks by me)...
