Fall
Today's the first day of it and though it'll be fairly hot today, cool nights and coloured leaves have arrived. Change in my employment status is also in the air as I'm told a gig is ramping up pretty soon. Enjoying the span of free time I've had, we've been in full tourist mode this week - spending two days at Niagara Falls and then yesterday we went to see a performance of Oklahoma! at Stratford. We love that kinda stuff.

I've always wanted to go to a show at The Ark, in Ann Arbor. We won't be passing through just yet, but I just noticed that two of our favourite singer-songwriters are crossing paths there this weekend (Greg Brown, Fred Eaglesmith). Then on Tuesday I see they have both Nick Lowe and Ron Sexsmith. Crimony! Greg's performances rare, but Nick & Ron are here in Toronto on Monday so I'll try to go to that as I see there are tickets available.
