All secondhand Day Owl bags have been deep cleaned, sanitized, and repaired as needed in our Pittsburgh Workshop.
If your First Mile® canvas manages to catch a stain, simply spot clean it with water and a mild detergent, and air dry. Do not machine wash or dry.
If your bag gets ripped, chewed, or otherwise damaged, contact us at help@dayowl.com to begin the repair process.
